China's first liquid crystal optical thin film company located in High-tech Zone
Ningbo Exciton Technology Co., Ltd has recently officially set up a factory in the high-tech zone for the development and production of reflective film, diffusion film, prism film, brightening film, optical compensation film in polarizing film and optical diaphragm used in solar cells. The plant will be divided into "Material Modification and Distribution Laboratory", "Precision Processing Technology Laboratory", "Optical Structure Design and Measurement Laboratory". It is expected to be put into use in August. Film extrusion and coating lines for pilot test will be settled in October. The company plans to put into mass production by the end of this year.
It is reported that the domestic liquid crystal optical thin film market is still monopolized by Japanese and American companies. Ningbo Exciton Technology Co., Ltd is the only optical thin film research and development center and production base with independent intellectual property rights in China. At present, it has applied for two core patents from China and the United States. The establishment of the company is of positive significance to the construction of LCD photoelectric industry cluster and the promotion of the development of LCD and solar cell industry in our city.
