Resin formulation technology

According to the characteristic requirement of the product, the formulation is designed and developed, and the suitable resin material is selected by the idea of "chemical structure decides performance, performance decides application".

At present, resin formulation design and development mainly include the following four aspects:

1. Design and develop the formulation of UV curable resin with high refractive index for brightening film used in LCD display module，which is characterized by high brightness, high color gamut and high adhesion.
2. Design and develop the formulation of Hard-Coating resin formulation with high performance for protective film applied to curved-screen mobile phone, which is characterized by scratch resistent, anti breaking, anti fingerprint pollution, easy cleaning.
3. Design and develop the formulation of adhesive resin formulation with high performance for various composite membranes (such as DOP, QD, etc.), which is characterized by high barrier water, high barrier oxygen and high adhesion.
4. Design and develop the formulation of fluorocarbon resin formulation applied to solar backplane instead of fluorine membrane，which is characterized by excellent weather ability, high reflectivity and cost-effective.
